Camilo Sepúlveda has provided legal advisory and representation to Colombian and foreign individuals and companies, as well as public entities and officials since 2006. Before founding Sepúlveda & Sepúlveda Abogados in 2010, he worked in the Office of the Attorney General’s Specialized Unit against Terrorism, as well as in one of the main law Colombian law firms specializing in criminal law, where he acquired vast experience and diverse perspectives on these matters.

Mr. Sepúlveda has also taught the Criminal Law class at Universidad del Rosario and given numerous lectures and seminars on general and special criminal law, medical responsibility, preventive detention measures, and illegal mining at   Universidad del Rosario and Universidad Javeriana.

When he founded the firm, its initial focus was on the areas of criminal, disciplinary, and fiscal responsibility law. Over time and in response to our clients’ needs, Mr. Sepúlveda expanded the firm’s services to include administrative, labor, and family law, acquiring significant experience in these matters and successfully handling controversial cases.

As founding partner and director of S&S, Mr. Sepúlveda provides personalized legal advisory and representation in all areas of practice offered by the firm to individuals, companies, and public entities and officials.
